Accounts & Subscriptions

No email required. Accounts, clients and subscriptions are managed separately.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password on the account creation page in the user dashboard, and save both securely for future sign-ins. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager rather than reusing one from another site. Since no email address is required, email recovery is not a default account recovery option. If you have trouble signing in, check your saved username, input method and letter case. If a device is still signed in, contact support through a dashboard ticket. Never post your password or full subscription link publicly.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?

Sign in to the user dashboard and find the subscription link in your account overview. Import it using the method supported by your client. If you have already imported your subscription, you can usually update it from the client's subscription management or configuration page. If the link in the dashboard has changed, replace the old configuration with the current one. After updating, check that the route list has loaded, then connect to a route. Don't share your subscription link publicly like an ordinary URL; it's account information. If the update fails, check your account status and local network, note the client's error message and contact support through a dashboard ticket. Creating another account won't fix an import issue.

Do I need to pay again to switch devices or use several devices at once?

There is no device limit for simultaneous connections, and switching devices alone doesn't require another purchase. Sign in to the same VPNRP account on your new device, open the client download area, install the client for your platform, import your subscription and check its status. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Interfaces and system permission prompts vary by platform, so you don't need to copy settings from another device. Keep an eye on your account's data usage across devices, especially for background downloads, cloud sync and video streaming. When you stop using an old device, remove its saved subscription to avoid leaving account links on an idle device.

Where can I download the client, and what should iOS users know?

Get clients through the user dashboard. Marketing pages don't provide static installers or live subscription links. Sign in, open the client downloads area, choose the option for your device's operating system and follow the instructions. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux are available after sign-in; iOS options depend on your account status in the dashboard. After installing, import your account subscription—opening the client alone doesn't establish a connection. If a platform option is temporarily unavailable, note the operating system and on-screen message, then contact support through a dashboard ticket. Don't download files with the same name from unverified sites.

Connections & Troubleshooting

Separate local network issues, client settings and target app behavior, then check each one in turn.

My subscription is imported, but the client won't connect. What should I check first?

Disconnect the client and confirm your device can access the current network normally. Then sign in to the dashboard and check your subscription status and available data. Update the subscription list in the client, try another route and watch for any system permission prompts. Troubleshoot one setting at a time and keep the original error message so you can identify the cause. If the network requires web-based sign-in, complete that step before connecting. If the problem persists, include your operating system, client, selected region and error message in a dashboard ticket. Don't include your password or full subscription link in public screenshots.

Why does one app fail to connect when my browser works?

A working browser only shows that the browser's current connection path is available; other apps may use different paths. Some apps don't follow the system proxy, or client rules may route them differently. The app's account region, service status and network permissions can also affect the result. Check the client mode and rules for the app, fully close it, then reopen it and see whether the client records its connection. If the client offers a system-level connection option, check its settings against the guide for your platform. When contacting support, name the app and describe where it fails. Don't assume a problem with one app means all routes are down.

The client says connected, but pages won't load. What should I check next?

Connected usually means the client completed its connection process, not that every site will respond normally. Try several sites to see whether the issue affects one service or browsing in general. Check your device's date and time, client mode and whether another network tool is also managing the connection. If only one page fails, reopen the browser and check whether the service requires sign-in or has regional requirements. If nothing loads, update your subscription, try another route and compare the results. Avoid reinstalling the client repeatedly without a clear reason; the error message and circumstances are often more useful for troubleshooting.

What should I do if my subscription link may have been exposed?

Stop forwarding screenshots or files containing the link, and remove any posts that show it publicly. Sign in to the user dashboard and check whether subscription management offers a reset option. If it does, follow the instructions and import the new link on the devices you still use. If you can't find a reset option, explain the situation in a dashboard ticket and ask for help. Don't post the original link on other public channels. Check saved client configurations and stop using any invalidated information. Store your subscription link separately from your account password. When sharing setup steps, show only where to find settings and obscure links, QR codes and any other information that can import your subscription.

Speed & Routes

Coverage is a starting point for choosing a route; your network and use case also matter.

How should I choose a route when video or my store dashboard slows down during peak hours?

Pause large downloads and cloud sync on your device, then compare routes using the same app so local bandwidth use isn't mistaken for a route issue. For store dashboard work, keep the region consistent and try other routes in that region. For video, check the playback quality setting and the platform's status too. If switching routes doesn't help, compare your current Wi-Fi with another available network to see whether the issue follows your local connection. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, route and the service you're accessing; a route name alone can't predict it. When reporting a problem, include the time, what you were doing and what you tried.

Which regions do routes cover, and should I always choose the nearest one?

VPNRP covers 120+ countries with 190+ routes. The user dashboard and updated client list show the routes currently available. Distance is one factor when choosing a route, but the actual path, your local carrier and the destination site's region also affect performance. For everyday browsing, start by comparing nearby regions. For services with specific account-region requirements, check the platform's rules before considering connection performance. Don't infer a city, route type or service support from a country name alone, and avoid frequently switching regions during business tasks in search of a faster route. For details about the route list, see the global routes page and compare against your own results.

Do all routes work with AI tools and streaming services?

A route connecting successfully doesn't guarantee that a particular service will work. AI tools and streaming services may restrict access based on account region, service availability, account eligibility or their own risk controls, and those rules can change. Check the service's official terms, choose a region that fits your use case, and review any on-screen messages and sign-in status. If just one service has a problem, note its name, the selected region and the message you see, then contact support through a ticket. There's no need to reinstall the entire client. VPNRP route coverage doesn't guarantee access to every app, and success once doesn't guarantee that all content or features will remain available.

How can I manage a cross-border store while meeting account-region requirements?

First check your store platform's rules for account region, sign-ins and team access, then choose a route region that suits your business. Keep your connection method consistent for everyday tasks. If speeds change, check your local network and background tasks before comparing routes within the regions allowed for your business. A network service can't replace platform account verification or eliminate risks related to account details or how an account is used. Save products, orders and other work before switching routes to avoid repeating actions if a web session is interrupted. If you need help troubleshooting, describe the task you can't complete in a ticket. Don't submit your store password or sensitive customer order information.

Billing & Refunds

Check your billing method, data rules and order status. Request refunds through a dashboard ticket.

How much do monthly plans and data packages cost, and which should I choose?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages last until used and never expire. Consider how regularly you'll use the service and how much data you need. Monthly plans may suit daily work, store management or video streaming; data packages may suit occasional use. Time spent online alone isn't a good way to estimate usage—video quality, file sync and downloads all affect data consumption. Read the full plan details before choosing, and don't treat the data or billing periods for different plan types as the same benefit.

When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the date you activated the plan. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Don't assume your data resets at the start of the calendar month or estimate the resulting service period from the listed plan prices. Check your account status and the upgrade confirmation in the dashboard before proceeding. Data packages last until used and never expire, unlike monthly plan data. If the information shown differs from what you expected, save your current plan, data status and the on-screen message, then check through a dashboard ticket. Avoid submitting duplicate orders, which can make verification harder. The dashboard and ticket response are the source of truth for specific orders.

Which payment methods are accepted, and what if my dashboard doesn't update after payment?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Follow the payment instructions on the order page. If the dashboard hasn't updated after payment, return to your account and check the order status. Confirm that the payment record matches the order; closing the payment page doesn't necessarily mean the order is complete. If the status doesn't match, keep the order details and payment result, then ask support to verify them through a dashboard ticket. Obscure unrelated personal details in screenshots. Don't make repeated payments to force a status update, and don't send money to payment details posted in public comments. Use the current dashboard order and ticket instructions as the reference for the amount, payment method and next steps.

How do I request a refund, and where can I get help with connection issues?

VPNRP offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard, open a ticket and include your request and order details. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. Deleting the client or disconnecting a device doesn't submit a refund request. For connection issues, use the same ticket portal and describe your operating system, client, selected region, what you were doing and the error message. This helps distinguish account, network and service issues. Before attaching screenshots, obscure your password, full subscription link and unrelated payment information. Check replies and progress in the dashboard; public comments aren't a channel for handling orders.
