Create an Account and Open the Dashboard
Open the VPNRP account page and enter a username and password as prompted. No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username that’s easy to remember but doesn’t reveal sensitive business information. Use a password you don’t use on other sites. Check that your entries meet the page requirements, then save your login details in a trusted password manager so you can sign in on other devices.
Once your account is created, open the dashboard and check the account overview. If you’re still on the login page, sign in with the username and password you just saved. If you already have an account, there’s no need to create another one—use “Log in” at the right end of the navigation to access it. This keeps your plans, orders, and subscription details together.
Before continuing, make sure the dashboard shows the account you intend to use. This is especially important on a shared computer or in a browser with another account already signed in. Confirm the account before choosing a plan. Account access and client access are separate steps: creating an account gets you into the dashboard, while you’ll get your subscription later. Not seeing a server list yet doesn’t mean anything went wrong.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
Open the Plans section in your dashboard and choose between a monthly subscription and a data package based on how you use the service. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your subscription date, not at the end of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Read the dashboard details before proceeding.
For occasional use, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. Distinguish between data that resets monthly and a package that is gradually consumed; don’t compare by order total alone. Consider whether you need a connection every day, then factor in your browsing, file transfers, and video viewing to find the right billing option.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, amount, and billing terms in your order. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as prompted by the dashboard. Once payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check that the order is confirmed and the relevant subscription details appear in your account overview. If the status hasn’t updated, check your order history and payment result first. Don’t submit the same order repeatedly. If you need help, explain the issue in a dashboard ticket.
VPNRP offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To compare data allowances and plan terms, see the plan pricing page. This guide continues with an account whose subscription is confirmed and shows how to get the link.
Get Your Subscription Link from the Dashboard
Open the account overview in your dashboard, check your subscription status, and find the copy or import option near the subscription details. The subscription link gives your client access to the server configurations available to your account. It isn’t a regular webpage address or an installer. Copy the link, then open the client you want to use and import it. If the dashboard offers one-click import for that client, follow the prompt to open the installed app.
There’s no need to send the link through a chat window as an intermediary. Copy it directly from the dashboard into the client’s subscription URL field to avoid omissions or accidental sharing. If you need to check it manually, make sure the link was copied in full; don’t remove parameters or edit it. This guide doesn’t provide working subscription links. Get your own link from your dashboard.
When switching devices, sign in to the same account to get your subscription again, then import it into the client on the new device. VPNRP has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but keep your account details and subscription link secure. Don’t include the full link in public screenshots, forum posts, or shared documents. When reporting an issue, hide the link and any account details it contains.
Import into a Client for Each Platform
The client reads your subscription and establishes the connection. VPNRP supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Get clients from the dashboard: after signing in, clients are available for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; iOS availability depends on your account status in the dashboard. Choose the client for your device’s operating system and follow its installation instructions. Don’t use files intended for another operating system.
The instructions below show where to import your subscription on each platform. The general steps are the same: open the client’s subscription or configuration settings, add the subscription link you copied, save it, and refresh. Success means the server list appears—not just a new configuration name. If the client supports one-click import from the dashboard, try that first. If it doesn’t open the app, add the link manually instead.
Windows: Add the Link in Subscription Settings
In the dashboard, choose the VPNRP client for Windows, install it, and open it. In the main window, find “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or a similar section. Look for an option to add a subscription or import from a link. Choose the option for a remote subscription URL, paste the full link, enter a name you’ll recognize, and save.
Return to the subscription list, refresh the item you just added, and check that servers appear. If you see only a configuration name, make sure you added a subscription link rather than a link to a marketing page. Once the server list appears, select the configuration you imported. There’s no need to change advanced settings yet; continue to the connection checks below. If your system asks for permission, verify the app’s source and follow the prompt.
macOS: Import and Confirm the Active Configuration
Get the VPNRP client for macOS from the dashboard and follow the system prompts to install it. Open the app and find the configuration or subscription settings in the main window or menu bar. Choose the option to add a remote configuration by link, paste the subscription URL, and save it. Then refresh the client so it can load the server details for your account.
Some clients keep multiple configurations, so after importing, make sure the newly added one is selected. If macOS asks you to approve a network extension or add a network configuration, verify the app name and source before following the prompt. Without system authorization, the configuration may be imported but the connection still won’t start. Check these as separate steps.
Android: Save the Subscription and Refresh the Server List
Sign in to the dashboard, choose Android in the client section, and install the VPNRP client by following your device’s prompts. When you first open it, go to the subscription or configuration page. Tap the add button and choose link import, then paste the address copied from the dashboard. If the page offers both a local file and a remote link, choose the option for a subscription URL.
Save and refresh, then check that the server list has loaded. Return to the connection screen and select the configuration. The first time you connect, Android may ask for permission to set up a network connection. Follow the system prompt, then check the client status. If the connection stops when you switch back to your browser, check whether the system restricts the app’s background activity. Don’t start by changing advanced network settings you’re unfamiliar with.
iOS: Get and Import the Client from the Dashboard
Check the iOS client section in your dashboard; availability depends on your current account status. If the dashboard says you need an active plan, first confirm that your subscription is active, then follow the instructions on the page. Use the client link provided in the dashboard. App Store availability may also depend on your current store region, so don’t assume an app with the same name found through search is the right one.
After installation, open the client and find the subscription, configuration, or remote configuration page. Paste the subscription link from your dashboard, save it, and refresh. If you use one-click import, first confirm that it opens the intended app, then check that the configuration was added. On your first connection, approve the network configuration prompt from iOS. Then check the server and connection status in the client rather than relying on the system icon alone.
Linux: Follow the Client Instructions in Your Dashboard
Sign in to the dashboard to get the client for Linux and follow the installation and import instructions provided there. The process is the same: add the subscription, refresh the server list, select a configuration, and connect. Network permissions and menu locations vary across desktop environments, so this guide doesn’t give generic commands. For system-specific help, see Frequently Asked Questions or open a dashboard ticket with your distribution and the client’s prompts.
Connect and Verify It Works
Once the server list appears, select the server you want to use and switch on the client’s connection. For your first session, keep the client’s default settings and approve any required system prompts. If other proxies or similar connection tools are running on your device, check whether they’re also routing network traffic. Multiple apps can interfere with one another and make it harder to identify the cause of a problem.
Open the website you need and check that its pages load, then try the features you need. For business use, for example, check that your store’s dashboard and product details open normally. Avoid making important changes as soon as you connect. A client’s “Connected” status confirms the connection, but access can still depend on your account permissions, the site’s regional rules, and the service’s status.
If everyday browsing works but a specific service doesn’t, first determine whether it’s a network error or a message about your account or region. For a network error, return to the client, refresh your subscription, make sure you’ve selected an active configuration, and try another available server. If the site explicitly mentions account requirements or regional rules, check its official guidance first. Not every message indicates a client problem.
For cross-border business use, keep your chosen region consistent with your regular workflow instead of switching back and forth while handling business tasks. Changing servers doesn’t grant permission to log in to a store platform or replace its account security requirements. Before changing regions or devices, check the relevant platform’s rules.
After verification, routine use usually means opening the client, selecting a configuration, and connecting. If the server list changes, refresh your subscription first; there’s no need to delete your account or reinstall the app straight away. If problems persist, describe your device’s operating system, the client status, any error message, and the steps you’ve already tried in a dashboard ticket. Hide your username, subscription link, and business information in screenshots so support can focus on the issue.
